Description
A pepper traditionally used in Cuban cuisine. Has very mild to zero heat once the seeds are removed. This pepper is incredibly fragrant and aromatic. When we chop it in the kitchen it perfumes the whole house. The flavor is hard to top, delicious. These peppers are anywhere between 1 to 2 inches long and about 1 inch wide on average. Prolific producer, best in partial shade. Great for sofritos, sauces, stews and salads.
